We provide Cone Beam CT, 2D conventional panoramic and TMJ MRI interpretation services. Our reports are tailored towards your speciality requirements. Please review the “services” section for more detailed information. 

You can fill out the “Register your Practice” form or  call 804-215-6365 or email contact@omfradiologist.com to sign up for the service. Once we receive your sign up inquiry, we will create an image sharing account for your practice where you can login and upload the scans and images. This image portal account is completely free for client users.  

1. Log in to the HIPPA compliant portal 
2. Click on the “Plus” icon and upload a zip DICOM folder from your computer. For the detailed instructions, click here
3. Fill out a referral form by clicking on the “Report Order Form”

Only licensed dentists and dental specialists can submit the scans/radiographs for their patients. We do not accept scans directly from the patients.

You can view the fee schedule by clicking here. An invoice will be sent out to you at the end of each month and payment can be made online by clicking on a link provided on an invoice or you can mail a check.
